Shipping

We ship most of our products within Germany, the EU, and Switzerland. We ship our wines and cards only in Germany.

In addition to the prices shown on the product pages, we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order for delivery of our clothing and Easter basket within Germany. Within the EU, the delivery costs for our clothing are a flat rate of 9.95 euros per order and to Switzerland we charge 12.70 euros for packages under 2kg and 26.90 euros for packages up to 5kg.

For the delivery of our wines we charge a flat rate of 6,95 Euro per order within Germany and for our cards we charge a flat rate of 1,95 Euro per order within Germany.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

 

Return

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To return the goods, you must inform Le Bozan, Veilchenweg 23 , 65201 Wiesbaden, support@lebozan.com of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
